Return Policy


To initiate a return, please send an email to All returns must conform to the policy stated below:

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and It must be in the original packaging. Please provide your order number when requesting a return. We require proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery; in this circumstance, we the seller will determine the amount of refund


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to you with our approval or rejection of the return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 business days. In some circumstances, a refund could take longer than 7 days. 


Unfortunately all clearance items are not eligible for a refund.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you qualify for an exchange, please send us an email at


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  This also applies for warranty related claims.
